Tracy Heinze, the director, has been dancing for 30+ yrs and has been teaching for 25+ yrs with a BA in Fine Arts/Dance. In college she studied many styles of dance, choreographed musicals, taught after school and summer youth dance programs & performed extensively. After graduation, Tracy landed a spot with the Nancy Hauser Dance Company in Mpls as an apprentice. In the 90's she discovered Ballroom/Latin. She has trained with post Modern dance pioneers Nancy Hauser and Merce Cunningham and Ballroom & Latin Champions Jean-March Genereaux, Tim & Michele Mason and Bill Davies among others. She has also been honored to coach a top 20 finalist in the 'SYTYCD' 2008 season.
DSC offers a full Children's & Adult program in Ballet, Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Clogging, Tap, Hip Hop, Jazz, Belly Dance, Line Dance, Country Western, Contemporary, MusikGarten and lessons in guitar & many other instruments. We also offer low key showcases, Dance parties & DJ Services.
