Group classes are generally held in the evenings and weekends, but can be arranged at other times. Private lessons are scheduled in accordance with mutual convenience.
Diane’s dancing includes west coast swing, salsa, swing (jitterbug/east coast swing), ballroom, Latin, country-western and hustle. She holds placements in various competitions in salsa, swing, two-step, west coast swing, foxtrot, waltz and tango.
Diane regularly teaches classes in swing (jitterbug), salsa/Latin, foxtrot, waltz, west coast swing, country-western two-step and social dancing for weddings and similar occasions. She has also taught workshops in hustle, nightclub two-step, polka and general dance technique, as well as private lessons in all of the above and more, including preparation for a wedding couple’s first dance. Diane’s dancing and teaching backgrounds are equally suited to those who are attending for a wedding or similar occasion, those who just want to learn a little for social dancing and those who want to enhance their dance techniques. All of her lessons emphasize technique and becoming a good leader or follower, not just learning steps/moves.
